Fragrant, full double; large, flower opens pale blush in a cool spring but soon turning snow white in the sun and warmer temperatures. A clean color with just some yellow pigment toward center imparting the faintest golden glow in heart gleam. Generously furnished with petals and nicely tailored form, the flower is of high silhouette shape, devoid of any red marks. It has side buds and a distinct citrusy scent. Disbud if to be used as a cut flower. A dependable variety with excellent plant habit; prolific bloom, good increase, grows a generous, medium height bush. Lush, dark green foliage, remains attractive for most of the growing season. Stout stems may arch with rain in the opened flower, best with support for flowering in the viewed landscape. Very worth the trouble, excellent show in the landscape, fabulous for cutting.
Awards, Best Use & Distinctions
