Return Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your peony roots. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of the peony roots, contact us immediately and within seven (7) days upon delivery. After the seven (7) day period sales are final. Please let us know if your order was damaged during transport or the roots do not meet your expectations. All claims must be submitted in writing such as Email or letter mail within the allotted time frame. Do not plant any of these peonies and do not remove the name tags as the entire order must be returned. Under no circumstance will we consider a return of planted and dug up rootstock.
Return Process
To return an order, please Email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMS) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the roots securely in its original packaging. The roots must be returned within its plastic bag and the original peat moss, all roots with their labels attached, the packing slip and nursery license must be included in the box. Upon authorization we will Email or mail you a return label and postage. Unauthorized returns will not be exchanged, nor will we reimburse shipping charges incurred by you. Shipping charges, depending upon the circumstance of the return, are to be paid by the customer.
Exchange and Store Credit
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your items, we will process your order for exchange or store credit. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the item to process your exchange and/or store credit.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned and/or exchanged.
- Promotional items offered at tradeshows and/or flower shows.
- Gift certificates.
- Special sales such as fire sales, giveaways, end of season and/or clearance sales.
For items damaged or lost on transport we will assist in filing a claim with the shipper. For an incomplete order or missing roots please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a replacement, exchange or store credit.
Please Note:
Orders placed and shipped in the late season (after mid-November), cannot be returned due to frost and inclement weather. Upon circumstance we are happy to arrange for store credit.
