Fragrant, full double flower opens pure white with a golden glow in heart of the bloom. Layers of petals grade successively smaller toward the center, obscuring a remnant of stamens. The large flower is generously furnished with petals, of nicely tailored form and of good substance. The marble size buds are green, and both the buds and the open flower are free of red markings. The lack of markings is a superior trait within white flowering varieties and widely sought after by florists wanting clean white stems for arrangements. It is a dependable variety with quite satisfactory plant habit. The increase of this vigorous plant is below average, but it will produce a substantial, medium height bush within a few years of planting here in NW Missouri. The glossy, deep green leaflets remain attractive for most of the growing season, well into the fall. Stout stems carry flowers above the foliage and will lean with the heavy flower. This variety requires mechanical support in the viewed landscape. It is a fabulous variety for cutting and an excellent addition to a cut flower garden.
