Description

Single, large, flower opens cream, in cool climates blush pink. Bright magenta flares at the petal base diffuse outward, imparting a geometric star pattern of traditional Pennsylvania Dutch barn decoration. Rows of broad, cupped guard petals center a large boss of pollen-bearing stamens; result, a flower of exceptional form and uncommon presentation of colors. Excellent plant habit, vigorous in growth and increase, reliable bloom with ample color on a large, medium height bush. Healthy dark green foliage on self-supporting strong stems. It provides for a cheerful presence in the flower border and makes for a great addition to a living garden.

Full Sun. Water as needed, sensitive to overwatering and waterlog conditions. Soil pH 6.5-7. Fertile, well-draining soil.
