Description

Single, medium sized flower opens salmon buff and fades to silvery pink as it matures. Overlapping, broad petals surround a wide ring of yellow stamen centered by prominent, rose colored carpels and rose red stigma. Good plant habit, vigorous and good increase, a dependable bloomer with ample color on a compact, medium height bush. Strong stems carry flowers close to the foliage canopy, bush holds well against inclement weather, staking depends on placement in the landscape. Large compound leaves, leaflets long and narrow, acutely pointed, it is of deep green color. Early dormancy, foliage is typically attractive to mid-summer here in NW Missouri. A very attractive, early flowering variety worthy of a spot in the near border.

Basic Growing Requirements
Full Sun. Water as needed, sensitive to overwatering and waterlog conditions. Soil pH 6.5-7. Fertile, well-draining soil.
